Dr. Julia Salazar

FOUNDER, BOARD CERTIFIED PHYSICAL THERAPIST

Julia received her undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Great Falls Montana and went on to receive her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Eastern Washington University. Julia worked for several years in Outpatient Orthopedics before finding a clinic in California where she was able to focus on Pelvic Floor Therapy. It was here that Julia found a passion for working with pelvic floor dysfunction. Julia returned to the Spokane area and is excited to be opening a clinic specializing in pelvic floor therapy, as this is an area that she feels is under-served.

Julia’s goal is to give you back your freedom so you can focus on doing the things you love. She does this by reducing or eliminating pain, improving quality of life, promoting dryness, relieving constipation, and getting you back to an enjoyable sex life. Julia has been treating pelvic floor dysfunction since 2010 and she uses the most current techniques, methods, and modern equipment to help you recover from any pelvis injury or pain. Julia is very passionate about her job and tailors her treatments to address each client’s individual needs.

Julia became Board Certified in Women’s Health/ Pelvic floor in 2017. She is one of 22 providers in the State of WA and one of 422 nationally. Julia continues to educate herself on pelvic floor dysfunction so she can provide the best possible care for her clients.

Sara Edwards

PHYSICAL THERAPIST

Sara received her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Sports Medicine and Exercise Science with minors in Health and Physical Science from Lewis-Clark State College.

She went on to receive her Doctor in Physical Therapy degree from George Fox University in Oregon. Her last two clinical rotations brought her back to the Spokane area, where she met her husband four months after graduating from PT school. Sara and her hubby are both well established in the Spokane area where both of their close and extended families reside within an hour’s distance.

Sara became interested in pelvic floor physical therapy after her own experience and journey with endometriosis, adenomyosis, and pelvic floor dysfunction. Sara’s passion includes assisting her patients on their journey to improved quality of life and creating a plan of care that reflects each individual’s goals.

In Sara’s free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, cuddling with their sweet rescue doggy Bella and working on craft projects throughout the year.

Autumn Brown

PHYSICAL THERAPIST

Autumn is a native Arizonan and attended Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, AZ for both her undergraduate education and Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She recently moved to Spokane in February 2022 following the completion of her graduate program.

While in the DPT program, Autumn completed clinical rotations in both inpatient and outpatient settings where she gained knowledge and experience working with a variety of patients, diagnosis, and conditions. Autumn became interested in pelvic floor therapy following prior clinical exposure as an exercise tech for a pelvic floor specialist and she maintained that interest throughout her graduate program. Autumn is excited to advance her education and specialization in this under-served treatment area. Autumn’s treatment philosophy is rooted in empowering others to reach their full potential and creating an individualized care experience for all her patients.

As a newly minted WA resident Autumn is excited to explore all that the PNW has to offer including outdoor activities, food, and entertainment with her boyfriend Steven and dog Lucy. Additionally, in her free time she enjoys yoga, spin classes, binge-watching TV shows, and attempting to perfect her gluten-free baking.
